Store Policies

 

Returns and Exchanges


We will accept returns and exchanges for items that are still in new condition, unused and unopened. If there is a problem with your order, please contact me at JENNI@SAUNTRAMERCANTILE.COM within 14 days of delivery. I will contact you as soon as possible with details on returning or exchanging the item(s). For all returns, we will refund the cost of the item minus the original shipping cost upon receiving the item. The return shipping will be free of charge. Buyers are also responsible for any damage if items are not returned in original condition. We cannot accept returns on any custom-made orders or clearance items.

Cancellations

We will accept cancellations if the items have not already been shipped. If you need to cancel an order or have noticed a problem with your order, please contact us through email at JENNI@SAUNTRAMERCANTILE.COM as soon as possible, as we try to ship within 1-3 days of receiving payment for the order for ready-to-ship items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet but feel as though you should have received it already, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact me at JENNI@SAUNTRAMERCANTILE.COM.
